SKIMS is seeking an EU/UK Logistics Manager to lead and scale European and UK freight, customs compliance, and 3PL partnerships. You will own end-to-end operations, drive improvements, and manage budgets in a hands-on leadership capacity.

The role requires 4+ years in EU/UK logistics, strong freight management skills, and a collaborative, high-growth mindset. This is a hybrid role with on-site duties at our London location.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in EU/UK logistics, freight, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of EU/UK customs regulations and trade compliance.

Mansioni

• Manage EU/UK Logistics Team and operations end-to-end.
• Own ocean, air, and road freight movements from origin to delivery.
• Lead carrier selection, rate negotiations, contracts, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders to confirm bookings and track shipments.
• Drive routing improvements, lead time management and freight spend optimization.
• Oversee freight forecasting, budgeting, auditing, and invoice processes.
