Job summary

Waythrough in London is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to deliver evidence-based supported employment using the IPS Grow model. You will work with people accessing mental health and substance misuse services to secure paid, competitive work aligned with interests and goals.

Join a multidisciplinary team, manage a caseload, and provide in-work support, rapid job search, and employer engagement. Training and on-the-job support are provided to develop your career in employability and recovery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering supported employment using IPS Grow.
• Ability to build relationships with employers and partners.
• Comfort with data management and case load tracking.

Responsibilities

• Promote clients as potential employees and raise service awareness.
• Engage with local employers to create job opportunities.
• Facilitate work placements, trials, and experiences.
• Support rapid job search and applications for clients.
• Provide tailored in-work support to sustain employment.
• Maintain records and contribute to IPS Grow fidelity.
