Waythrough is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to help clients find and sustain paid work using the IPS model. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to understand skills, interests and career goals, while building relationships with employers to create opportunities.

You will blend coaching, advocacy and employer engagement to support individuals into the workplace and guide them through settling in and maintaining progress, contributing to recovery and stability.

Formación

• Experience talking with employers and supporting people into work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
