AE Talent Solutions LTD is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist in Blackburn, Lancashire. You will manage a caseload of participants, provide personalised employment support using the IPS model, and help people with long-term health conditions into sustained paid work.

You’ll work with NHS and community partners, build relationships with local employers and deliver person-centred guidance, practical CV and interview support, and ongoing in-work assistance to promote long-term job retention.

Formación

• Experience supporting people into employment and helping them remain in work.
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of participants with long-term health conditions and other barriers to employment.
• Deliver person-centred employment support using the IPS model.
• Complete vocational profiles and develop tailored employment action plans.
• Support participants with CV writing, job searching, applications and interview preparation.
• Coach and motivate individuals to achieve sustainable employment.
• Develop strong relationships with local employers to identify vacancies and opportunities.
• Meet employers to promote inclusive recruitment and discuss workplace adjustments.
• Work with healthcare professionals and community organisations to support outcomes.
• Provide ongoing in-work support to participants and employers to promote retention.
