Job summary

Waythrough is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist in Cumbria to help clients find and sustain paid employment using the IPS model. You will assess skills, goals and work with employers to create real job opportunities.

This role blends coaching, advocacy and employer engagement within a multidisciplinary team, supporting people through recovery journeys and helping them settle into the workplace.
