Job summary

Rapport Guest Services in London is seeking a Visitor Experience Host to engage visitors with warmth and professionalism. This full-time role offers 35 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with diverse guests and comfortable guiding visitors through their experience.

Shifts typically run 9am–6pm with occasional evenings for events. The hourly rate is £16.00, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a leading guest services

Responsibilities

• Be a welcoming, visible and engaging presence, creating fantastic first impressions for every visitor.
• Engage with visitors through friendly interactions and help them enjoy their visit.
• Guide visitors, provide information and answer questions throughout their experience.
• Support families and visitors needing assistance, ensuring inclusivity and enjoyment for all.
• Keep visitors informed about timings, queues and access arrangements.
• Manage visitor admissions in line with ticketing and access procedures.
• Anticipate needs and resolve queries with positive solutions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment across the attraction.
• Follow health and safety procedures and support emergency protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
