Rapport Guest Services is hiring a Visitor Experience Host in London to welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a memorable experience from entrance to departure. The role emphasizes engaging conversations, high-quality customer service and a passion for hospitality within a busy, seven-day operation.

The position is full-time, 35 hours a week, with shifts from 9am–6pm and occasional evenings or early mornings for events.

• Greet and engage visitors as the first friendly face of the attraction

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
