Job summary

MindSearch, a London-based executive search firm, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive expansion in the UK market. You will prospect and engage new clients across London and the UK, using mass email campaigns, warm calls, and cold calls, to grow our client base and revenue.

You will meet decision-makers in person or via video, promote our recruitment services, push top CVs to clients, and log all activity in our CRM.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in new business sales or recruitment.
• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new clients across London and the UK.
• Meet, pitch, and engage decision-makers face-to-face or via video.
• Drive revenue by presenting recruitment services and CVs to clients.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Manage sales pipeline and CRM activity for follow-ups.
• Negotiate and close new client agreements.
