Job summary

Apprentify in Central London is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing commercial team. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business, building relationships with senior decision-makers and uncovering genuine commercial opportunities.

You’ll learn strategic selling, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with sales, marketing and project teams to drive growth. This is a high-visibility role with uncapped commission and strong progression.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and engaging exciting new businesses across London and the UK.
• Building relationships with Founders, Managing Directors, Operations Directors and workplace leaders.
• Reaching out through phone, email, LinkedIn and networking.
• Researching businesses and markets to spot new opportunities.
• Qualifying opportunities and supporting the wider sales team.
• Booking and attending meetings with prospective clients.
• Developing genuine commercial expertise within the workplace sector.
• Working closely with sales, marketing and project teams.
