Metaview, an AI-driven recruiting platform, seeks an SDR Manager in London to lead four SDRs today, with plans to triple the team by year end. You will build a predictable pipeline engine for Mid-market and Enterprise sales, partnering with Sales leadership and adopting modern tooling including AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience building or evolving an SDR program with measurable outcomes.
• Coaching junior sellers and improving performance.
• Ability to design a scalable SDR operating system.
• Fluency with modern SDR tech and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the SDR organization with a headcount plan.
• Own SDR hiring end to end, from sourcing to onboarding high-potential juniors.
• Coach SDRs with performance standards and regular feedback.
• Define and run the SDR operating system and cadence.
• Build a strong pipeline engine for SMB and Mid-market.
• Implement SDR tooling and AI-enabled workflows.
