Job summary

Kernel is seeking a sales-minded professional to own a book of pre-tiered accounts and generate qualified pipeline through phone-driven outreach, LinkedIn DMs, and creative outbound methods.

You'll identify high-fit companies, multithread to secure meetings with AEs, and collaborate with Marketing to refine ICPs. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role based in London with opportunities for rapid advancement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research high-fit companies and decision-makers using Kernel data
• Build and maintain a constantly updated target list with qualification criteria
• Execute a phone-driven cadence to generate meetings
• Multithread accounts to book meetings
• Mix LinkedIn, email and phone in multi-touch cadences
• Book qualified meetings for AEs with detailed call notes
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine ICPs and messaging
• Iterate on messaging and cadences based on performance
