Job summary

Mindbench is representing a growth marketing role focused on direct-mail within leading DTC/e-commerce brands. You will identify opportunities, design experiments, and scale campaigns while coordinating with product, analytics, and client teams.

You’ll own the execution, monitor performance (ROAS, incremental revenue), and build scalable processes across multiple brand clients, working from our London hubs and collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation, with experience in running A/B tests.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce funnel, lifecycle marketing and retention.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client collaboration.
• Ownership mindset with ability to manage campaigns end-to-end.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week in Central/West London offices.

Responsibilities

• Identify direct-mail opportunities within ecommerce funnels and design tests.
• Launch and monitor direct-mail experiments with cross-functional teams.
• Analyse results, define KPIs, ROAS, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage campaign timelines and client communications to ensure timely delivery.
• Build repeatable processes for testing and scaling campaigns across brands.
• Collaborate with analytics to feed learnings into product strategy.
