Lendable is building a top fintech growth engine and is hiring a Head of Direct Mail & CRM to own the channel end-to-end. You will shape direct mail strategy, build response models, and align data pipelines with business goals.

This role blends hands-on execution with leadership, enabling scalable acquisition and retention through precise, data-backed offers and communications. You will work cross-functionally with data, product, risk, finance, and creative teams.

Qualifikationen

• Essential: 7+ years in direct mail, CRM, lifecycle or performance marketing
• Hands-on data work: build models and code to source/clean data
• Proven track record scaling acquisition or retention channels
• Strong channel economics and LTV understanding
• Operational side: briefs, print/mail production, logistics, vendors
• Strong segmentation, holdouts and incrementality testing

Aufgaben

• Own direct mail strategy end-to-end with ambitious, LTV-anchored targets
• Scale channel rapidly with economic justification and payback focus
• Forecast CAC/LTV and manage channel P&L
• Build the response model and data pipeline for targeting
• Collaborate with data, product, risk, finance and creative teams
• Hire and develop the team; leverage AI to boost output
