Job summary

Monzo in London or remote UK is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Executive to drive EU expansion, lead Direct Mail campaigns, and support Paid Social and Paid Search across European markets.

You will own end-to-end delivery from planning to optimisation, collaborating with Brand, Marketing, Product and Data teams to build scalable playbooks and data-driven growth.

A hands-on candidate with direct mail experience and a test-and-learn mindset will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Direct Mail campaigns, ideally in acquisition or growth marketing.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and stories.
• Comfort working across Paid Social and Paid Search channels.
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams and partners.
• Highly organized with end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of activity across European markets from planning to optimisation and reporting.
• Lead Direct Mail activity, including audience selection, planning, creative, supplier coordination and analysis.
• Assist campaign execution across Paid Social and Paid Search with channel managers.
• Develop testing strategies for account structure, campaigns, experiments and creatives.
• Collaborate with local market teams and Brand, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Product and Data teams to ensure local relevance.
• Share learnings across Growth Marketing to build repeatable playbooks for new markets.
