Job summary

LogicMonitor is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to collaborate with pre-sales and professional services in London. The role focuses on scoping implementations, designing solutions, and delivering measurable value across the LM Envision platform.

You will engage with customers, draft SOWs, partner with project managers and other architects, and stay current with product updates to drive successful deployments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective and existing customers to scope implementations and integrations.
• Assess feasibility and approach for customer monitoring use cases and integrations.
• Research new technologies to integrate and monitor with LogicMonitor.
• Build accurate estimates for services proposals (hours, timeframe, pricing).
• Collaborate with Sales, CS and customers to develop SOWs and design docs.
• Peer review services proposals with other Solutions Architects.
• Perform post-sales discovery and design of custom solutions with customers.
• Guide post-sales services delivery with PMs and SAs, aligning SOW deliverables.
• Assist Solutions Engineer with deployment tasks during PS engagements.
• Stay informed on product updates and consult on services approach for new features.
• Help develop new PS offerings and packages based on common requirements.
• Work with product teams to raise issues and provide customer feedback for roadmaps.
• Participate in product enablement sessions to leverage new features.
