develop is looking for a Monitoring & Observability Engineer to join their Professional Services team in Greater London. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing enterprise observability solutions across complex customer environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and Splunk, and will work closely with delivery teams to improve application and infrastructure performance while solving complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with observability platforms including Dynatrace, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Experience collecting and analyzing telemetry data including metrics, logs, traces, and events.
• Scripting and automation experience using Python and/or PowerShell.
• Experience integrating monitoring solutions with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise observability and monitoring solutions.
• Analyze telemetry data to identify system anomalies, performance bottlenecks, and availability risks.
• Support incident response, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to deliver technical solutions.
