Job summary

Riverbed is seeking a Solutions Engineer in London, operating in a hybrid role. You will act as the technical expert during the sales process, delivering demonstrations and proofs of concept while collaborating with the Sales team to drive opportunities.

You will translate customer requirements into value-based proposals, build strong relationships with partners, and enable the partner ecosystem to support technical closes.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Enterprise IT Consulting.
• Hands-on experience in DEX/EUEM/End User Experience Monitoring or adjacent digital workplace technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoints, applications, networks, and hybrid/cloud architectures.
• Ability to connect technical insights to business outcomes and engage with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process with pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with Sales to jointly own the sales cycle and account plan.
• Identify customer requirements and translate them into value-based proposals.
• Build relationships with partner ecosystem and enable channel partners.
• Provide training and enablement to partners to drive opportunities to close.
