Job summary

LogicMonitor in London, England, is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead complex enterprise implementations and design cross-functional Edwin solutions across ITSM, Envision, and partner-delivered work.

You will own architecture for event ingestion, alerting, remediation, and value reporting, guiding technical delivery and reducing risk while scaling practices beyond individual projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Strong knowledge of service delivery, observability handoffs, data flows and ITSM workflows.
• Deep experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, and ConnectWise.
• Experience designing integrations across monitoring, observability, APM, ITOM, analytics, and workflow platforms.
• Ability to translate tasks, events, alerts, incidents, tickets, changes, escalations, and remediation steps into ITOps workflows.
• Understanding of event correlation and incident lifecycle design.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Edwin implementations for enterprise and high-value customers.
• Design Edwin solutions coordinating with Envision, ITSM, core PS/PM ownership, third-party observability sources and partner-delivered work.
• Own architecture for complex event ingestion, alert correlation, enrichment, investigation, incident creation, ticket routing, escalation, remediation, and value reporting.
• Support major customers with continuity, regional context, and project transition planning.
• Ensure implementations drive measurable time-to-value while protecting PS capacity and customer continuity.
