Overview

Systems and Warehouse Planning Admin (7 month FTC) - Luton (on-site) - Up to £35k pro-rata

Pod Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing furniture business seeking a Warehouse Admin to join their innovative and sustainable team in Luton on a fixed term contract. There is a strong chance this role could become permanent for the right candidate.

The business is expanding internationally and via different channels, presenting a fantastic time to join the team. The company is dedicated to sustainability and modern aesthetics for classic home staples.

Responsibilities
  • Processing orders, raising POs and invoices
  • Coordinate the stock transfer and movement of goods from the Middle East, EU and UK
  • Plan logistics and transport routes from the warehouse
  • Proactively analyse data to problem solve and improve processes
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar logistics/operations/warehouse role
  • Good knowledge of customs
  • A strong desire to grow and develop and learn new skills, a proactive attitude
  • Proven experience in problem solving and strong attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills
  • Good Excel skills (V-lookups/pivot tables) and experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
