Job summary

ALS is seeking a reliable Logistics Technician in Coventry to join the Bottle Dispatch team. The role focuses on packing samples, washing glassware, processing returns, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced environment.

You will support compliance with ISO 17025 and the QA system while following health and safety guidelines. Hours are 37 per week, with full-time permanent employment and a salary of £25,878.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English and Maths are desirable.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook is required.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Pack samples and containers for distribution to customers and subcontractors.
• Wash and prepare glassware for reuse.
• Process returned items and waste materials for recycling or disposal.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow PPE rules.
• Support ISO 17025 compliance and QA systems.
• Report incidents to the line manager promptly.
