Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries via phone or chat is desirable.
• Accurate data input and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding collection requests and delivery queries.
• Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries.
• Check and investigate failed deliveries/collections when needed.
• Prioritise and re-allocate failures for next-day delivery as required.
• Input data into the tracking system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain clear, proactive communications with team, managers and other depots.
