Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience (essential).
• Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or logistics (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Confident using ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong Excel skills (essential), including ability to manage and analyse data.
• Other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Coordinate materials for assigned customers to ensure availability aligns with demand.
• Support buying activities across all customers, including raising and managing purchase orders.
• Prepare and maintain order status reports (including daily CTB reporting).
• Proactively manage order schedules, including push-outs and pull-ins in line with changing demand.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on overdue orders to minimise shortages.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems (orders, delivery dates, pricing).
