• Office-based in Redhill, Surrey; Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange international freight shipments.
• Maintain daily communication with global customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and verify essential shipping and export documentation.
• Negotiate favourable freight and courier rates.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commodities trading team.
