You will be the first point of contact for your portfolio, handling quotes, HMRC customs compliance, and proactive customer engagement to generate income.

Qualifications

• Strong, confident personality with an internal sales or customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills, both telephone and email.
• Time management and prioritisation to meet targets.
• At least 2 years of commercial office experience; logistics exposure desirable.
• Commitment to improving gross profit margins.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for your customer portfolio.
• Communicate updates to customers via phone or email.
• Manage end-to-end customer service cycle, ensuring quotes and consignments follow HMRC rules.
• Provide quotes to meet customer requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure commodity codes and invoices are correct and dispatched.
• Proactively engage existing customers to generate income.
• Respond promptly to customer problems within required turnaround times.
