Job summary

Staffline, on behalf of a well-established organisation in Glasgow City Centre, is seeking a Customer Relations Administrator to support the Inventory Manager and coordinate all transport activities with a key logistics partner. The role offers potential for hybrid working after probation and initial training.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a detail-focused admin role, strong attention to accuracy, and proficiency with MS Office; immediate start and own vehicle are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a detail-focused administrative role.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Confident with MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Able to liaise with contacts at all levels by phone, email or in person.
• Available to start immediately; access to own vehicle is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer transport activities and liaise with 3rd party logistics partners.
• Handle accounts from initial contact through fulfilment to invoicing.
• Ensure jobs are dispatched within agreed service levels while managing admin tasks.
• Maintain high levels of customer service in a fast-paced desk environment.
