CLdN Cargo in Grangemouth is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Representative to join our Grangemouth Office. You will handle cargo bookings, coordinate with hauliers, ports and customs, and support cross‑border operations.

This is a temporary position with a view to a permanent contract, offering hybrid working after probation, a competitive salary, pension, life assurance and a weekend duty allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience preferably within transport or shipping.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with IT systems.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service for cargo bookings.
• Coordinate with hauliers, ports, pilots and customs authorities to ensure seamless logistics.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and European offices to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist with customs procedures and ensure all transport documentation is accurate.
• Take ownership of challenges, identify root causes and drive effective solutions.
• Prepare and manage client quotations, ensuring they are competitive and accurate.
