Job summary

Europa Worldwide Group is looking for a Customer Service Operator to join our Cambridge branch. You will build, maintain and manage relationships with customers, coordinating with the Customer Account Manager and handling day-to-day operations to meet service levels and financial targets.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for your portfolio, provide updates via phone or email, prepare quotes and process consignments in line with HMRC customs requirements, and strive to improve

Qualifications

• 2 years commercial office experience (beneficial)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work to targets and service levels
• Comfort with liaising via phone and email

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for your portfolio of customers.
• Provide timely updates to customers by phone or email.
• Manage the customer service cycle from quote to dispatch in line with HMRC customs rules.
• Generate quotes to suit customer requirements in a changing market.
• Ensure correct commodity codes and invoices are processed for dispatch.
• Proactively engage with existing customers to generate income.
• Respond promptly to customer issues within defined turnaround times.
