Job summary

Culina is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Rugby team on a full-time permanent basis. The role is based at our Rugby site with 9am-5pm shifts across any 5 in 7 days.

You will be the first point of contact for customer queries and handle emails, order updates, delivery information, and returns, ensuring accurate reporting and timely communication. You will work closely with the Customer Contract Manager, demonstrating strong communication, organisation, and flexibility

Qualifications

• Strong communication with the ability to build rapport.
• Computer literate with good MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent organisational skills in a busy environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to peak periods.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Point of call for all customer queries.
• Responding to customer service emails.
• Contacting customers regarding order queries.
• Communicating delivery times and options.
• Updating clients on previous orders.
• Customer returns – dealing with returns daily and handling as required.
• Ensure customer / client reports are completed/formatted correctly and communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes.
• Ensure customer / client non-conformance is properly recorded and fed-back to the client and corrective action taken.
• Ensure the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Contract Manager.
