Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Salford is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Contract Logistics team on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will support day‑to‑day customer services, maintain reports, and help resolve order and delivery issues in a busy office environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with a rotating start, and the role offers a proactive, detail‑led approach and opportunities to develop within a growing logistics partner.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in day-to-day tasks.
• Good geographical knowledge for logistics routing and coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve various customer service queries and requests.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly service reports and compliance exports.
• Chase orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Check daily order audits and plan parcel traffic orders.
• Coordinate export order collections with hauliers and quotes.
• Maintain export control tools and special delivery orders.
• Use customer web-based order confirmation systems and ensure compliance.
• Aim to exceed KPIs and capture charges outside contract.

As part of our, Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as aCustomer Service Administrator on a full time permanent basis, this role is fully office based.

Working hours: Monday - Friday rotating (07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00). With flexibility to cover weekends when required.

As a Customer Service Administrator you willsupport the day to day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.

Job responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator include:

• Resolving various customer service queries and requests.
• Creating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Service reports and Exports reports on compliance.
• Chasing orders and resolving delivery issues.
• Checking Daily Order Audits.
• Planning Parcel Traffic Orders and Communications.
• Planning Export Order collections - Haulier Quotes and Confirmations.
• Maintaining Export Control Tools and Special Delivery Orders.
• Using the Customer Web Based Order Confirmation Systems Compliance.
• Exceeding agreed KPIs.
• Capturing all charges outside of contractual agreement.
• Liaising with personnel across different levels (Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, Stock Control, Customer Service & Client Support Colleagues).
• Proactively looking for conscientious improvements.
• Dealing with day to day operational issues.
• Manual Order entry and special pick intervention.
