Job summary

Ziegler UK is seeking a reliable Logistics Administrator to support smooth warehouse operations at our London Gateway hub. You will manage stock movements, coordinate deliveries and communicate across teams to keep the supply chain moving efficiently.

Ideal candidates have experience in logistics administration, strong data accuracy, and proficiency with WMS systems such as SAP, Manhattan, or Oracle. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain administration.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with WMS platforms such as SAP, Manhattan, or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Manage data for stock movements, receipts, dispatches and returns using WMS.
• Maintain booking schedules for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers and internal teams on arrivals/departures.
• Generate pick lists, delivery notes and shipping labels.
• Assist with stock control, inventory checks and reconciliation.
• Record purchase and sales transactions accurately.
• Respond to queries about stock and shipments promptly.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse and logistics teams.
