Job summary

Ziegler UK is seeking a reliable Logistics Administrator to support smooth warehouse operations at our London Gateway hub. You will manage stock movements, coordinate deliveries and communicate across teams to keep the supply chain moving efficiently.

Ideal candidates have experience in logistics administration, strong data accuracy, and proficiency with WMS systems such as SAP, Manhattan, or Oracle. A full UK driving licence is required.

What You’ll Do

As an Logistics Administrator, you’ll undertake the following.

• Accurately manage data for stock movements, receipts, dispatches, and returns using WMS
• Maintain booking schedules for inbound and outbound deliveries
• Coordinate communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams about vehicle arrivals/departures
• Generate pick lists, delivery notes, and shipping labels
• Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and reconciliation
• Handle purchase and sales transaction entries
• Respond promptly to internal and external queries about stock and shipments
• Support warehouse and logistics teams with administrative tasks and reporting
• Experience in logistics or supply chain administration
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Computer literate and able to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Flexible, proactive team player who can prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience with WMS platforms such as SAP, Manhattan, or Oracle
