Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator for a highly successful Milton Keynes based client. This onsite role covers end-to-end coordination of sales orders, logistics, invoicing, and financial processing.

You will act as the central link between Sales, Warehouse, Production, Finance, Couriers and Customers, ensuring smooth flow from order entry to dispatch and final reconciliation. A UK driving licence is essential and duties may include H&S administration and quality

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms.
• Basic understanding of accounts and financial processes.
• Knowledge of export documentation and customs requirements (preferred).
• Experience coordinating logistics or warehouse operations and strict accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales orders from entry to dispatch and invoicing.
• Support logistics, warehousing, production and finance teams.
• Perform quality control and 4-eye checks on critical materials.
• Ensure compliance and financial reconciliation after delivery.
