Sanctuary Personnel is hiring a Receptionist for Portland House in Sheffield, a locum, full-time role. It involves front-of-house duties, handling calls, bookings and visitor sign-in, with a 30-hour week from 09:00 to 17:00, four days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred.
• Ability to manage appointments and visitor sign-in with accuracy.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face and voice of the service for clients and visitors.
• Manage client appointment bookings and coordinate with teams.
• Assist clients without appointments and schedule follow-ups with staff.
• Maintain reception area tidiness and up-to-date notice boards.
• Oversee staff and visitor sign-in logs and manage mail flow.
• Support Admin Lead with data entry and inbox management.
• Be available for late-night cover on a rota basis until 7 pm.
