Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in the North of England on a fully remote basis for an initial period of 3 months, with strong likelihood of extension.

The successful candidate will be available to work full-time hours and at short notice.

Candidates should possess a strong background in commercial property law, with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience.

A proven track record in handling complex transactions and delivering high-quality client service is essential.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing their workload efficiently, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.

Only candidates who are qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Barristers will be considered.

Hourly rate: Dependent on prior experience (outside IR35)
