A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adults Social Care Lawyer to join a reputable, well-respected local authority on a locum basis in the Midlands. This will be a remote working role, with a rolling long-term contract.

Responsibilities of the Adults Social Care Lawyer include:

• Dealing with Deprivation of Liberty cases
• Advising on Court of Protection matters
• Ordinary Residence
• Judicial Review
