A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adults Social Care Lawyer to join a reputable, well-respected local authority in the Midlands on a locum basis. This role offers remote working and is a rolling long-term contract.

Key responsibilities of the Adults Social Care Lawyer include:

• Dealing with Deprivation of Liberty cases
• Advising on Court of Protection matters
• Handling cases related to Ordinary Residence
• Managing Judicial Review proceedings
