Job Title:Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – Fully Remote!

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in the North of England on a fully remote basis for an initial period of 3 months, with strong likelihood of extension.

The successful candidate will be available to work full-time hours, and will be available at a short notice.

Candidates should possess a strong background in commercial property law, with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience. A proven track record in handling complex transactions and delivering high-quality client service is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing their workload efficiently, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.

Lastly, only candidates who are a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Barrister will be considered.

Hourly rate:Dependent on prior experience (outside IR35)
