Marriott Motor Group in Ipswich is seeking a Local Business Account Manager to support fleet sales operations, manage customer accounts, coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries, and ensure a seamless journey from quotation to handover.

This role blends account management, customer liaison and sales administration in a fast-paced automotive environment. The successful candidate will handle orders, maintain records, and contribute to forecasting with strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive fleet sales administration or account management.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group Fleet Manager with all aspects of the fleet sales process.
• Prepare customer quotations and provide up-to-date vehicle and pricing information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer communications, providing updates on vehicle availability, order progress and delivery timescales.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and handovers, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Process vehicle orders, registrations, invoicing and associated sales administration accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, customer and sales records across internal systems.
• Produce sales reports and assist with forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, GDPR and relevant legislation.
• Support fleet sales campaigns and promotional activity to drive business growth.
