We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Skoda dealership to build and maintain relationships with local businesses, promoting Skoda as their first choice for company vehicles. The role involves developing new opportunities, marketing the business, and achieving sales targets.

Candidate Profile
  • Dynamic, goal-oriented professional with excellent commercial awareness
  • Experience in business-to-business sales; automotive experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of customer service and resilience
  • Full UK driving license
Additional Information

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The package includes an OTE salary of around £40,000 (basic £20,000 + commission), company car, and various employee benefits.
