Business Development Manager

Manchester | Remote

£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in the Fulfilment industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders as a business partner within your territory. You will identify new business opportunities and strategies while supporting operational challenges.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and foster relationships with business partners and external stakeholders effectively.
  2. Provide insights and business strategies to stakeholders, develop sales models, and assess their effectiveness.
  3. Assess capabilities and needs of business partners.
  4. Achieve KPIs and sales objectives.
  5. Stay updated on latest products and services through attendance at events, meetings, and training courses.
  6. Monitor financial performance of business partners and provide feedback for improvement.
Skills and Experience Required
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Coaching and client management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to travel around the given territory for 80% of your time.
  • Full driving license.
Desirable
  • Logistics/B2B sales experience.
  • CRM experience.
