Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in branch, by phone and online, handling everyday transactions and queries with care and clarity. You’ll guide customers toward banking services and digital tools, helping them manage their money with confidence.

Based in Bexleyheath, you’ll work full-time (35 hours) across Monday to Saturday, with a 45-minute commute, training in the first weeks, and a focus on fair, customer-first service on the high street.
