Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for the Bromborough branch to deliver great customer experiences across in-branch, phone and online channels. You’ll help with transactions, answer queries and guide customers to suitable banking services, while working with colleagues to maintain high service standards.

The role is permanent, with options for full or part-time hours (28–35 per week) and a commitment to keep branches accessible on the high street.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is valued.
• Ability to engage with customers face-to-face, on the phone and online.
• Comfort with using digital banking tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries with care and accuracy.
• Guide customers to banking products and services that fit their needs.
• Work with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes, escalate concerns when needed to protect customers and Nationwide.
