Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative in Bexleyheath to support customers in-branch, over the phone, and online. You’ll help with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers to banking services and digital tools that make managing money easier.

This full-time role (35 hours/week, Mon-Sat) requires a 45-minute commute to the branch. Training lasts three weeks with no holidays during this period, and the team focuses on fair, helpful customer service.
