Job summary

Serco Limited in Basingstoke is hiring a Refuse and Recycling Loader to help keep the community clean and safe. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 6.00am–2.30pm, with occasional Saturdays and Bank Holidays, on a full-time 40-hour week.

You'll complete pre-planned routes, be the public face of Serco in the community, and deliver a reliable waste and recycling service to residents and businesses, while upholding high standards and customer service.

• You must be physically fit and healthy.
• You are a dedicated, friendly and professional team player; punctuality is important.
• Willing to go the extra mile on rounds to help the team hit targets.
