Job summary

Serco Limited in Watton is seeking a Refuse & Recycling Loader to join the Breckland Environmental Services team. You will provide a complete waste and recycling service for residents and businesses in Watton, working with a professional team to keep streets clean and safe while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time role is 40 hours per week, 6am–2.30pm, Monday to Friday with Saturday work after bank holiday weekends, offering a salary of £26,378.33 per year plus benefits and a

As a Refuse & Recycling Loader in our Breckland team, you'll provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Watton. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.

You’ll be entrusted to:

• Complete a pre-planned route with the driver and loaders in your team, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
• You will be the public face of Serco's Environmental Services team in the community.
• Contribute to keeping the area beautiful, safe and a clean place to live and work - a responsibility we take great pride in!
