Serco Limited in Sudbury is hiring a Refuse & Recycling Loader to deliver waste and recycling services for residents and local businesses. This permanent, full‑time role follows a pre‑planned route with a driver and represents the public face of Serco's Environmental Services in the community.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, physically fit, punctual and prepared to go the extra mile to help the team meet targets.

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £27,819.88 per annum + excellent benefits

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Working hours: Monday - Friday 6.30am - 3pm with occasional Saturday work & Bank Holidays.

As a Refuse & Recycling Loader in our Suffolk team, you'll provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Sudbury. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.

You'll be entrusted to:
