Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Complex Manager for the Over 55’s schemes in Orpington. You’ll manage access, security, and daily operations to ensure residents can enjoy their homes and facilities.

Based at Tidebrook Court with coverage across schemes in the area, the role requires excellent communication, calmness under pressure, and good IT skills to support housing management tasks. Fixed-term contract until 1 April 2027, 36 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Good customer care skills and ability to manage residents' needs.
• Experience in Facilities Management within housing/building sectors.
• Working knowledge of housing management and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors.
• Be a key-holder to ensure security of communal areas and facilities.
• Provide responsive customer care and coordinate with internal teams to deliver services.
• Handle emergencies calmly with good time management and organisation.
