Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Orpington is seeking a Facilities/Building Manager to provide a focused management service for residents in Over 55's housing schemes at Tidebrook Court and surrounding sites.

You will manage access for residents, contractors and visitors, act as a key-holder, ensure security of communal areas, and work closely with internal teams to deliver reliable services. Excellent communication and time management are essential, with prior facilities management experience.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer care and time management abilities.
• Experience in Facilities Management preferred.
• Able to travel across the region as required.

Responsibilities
