Job summary

You will hunt for new business, tailor solutions, close deals and manage client relationships for up to 12 months post‑sale, helping local businesses reach their goals.

You’ll benefit from a strong base salary (£35,875) with uncapped earnings potential (OTB up to £53,875) and a competitive car allowance, plus holiday, pension and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable).
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for new business through self-sourced and company leads to open doors with new clients.
• Tailoring digital marketing solutions via face-to-face and virtual consultations to client needs.
• Closing deals through presenting, negotiating and sealing the sale with new and existing clients.
• Client management and nurturing relationships for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and boost client ROI.
