Job summary

Yell Ltd in Barnet is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships across the UK. You will hunt for opportunities, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals through a mix of in-person and virtual meetings.

You’ll join a high-energy Field Sales team with a £35,875 base and uncapped earnings up to £53,875 OTE, plus a car allowance and generous holiday.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in field sales or telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for new business through self-sourced and provided leads.
• Tailoring digital marketing solutions to client needs.
• Closing deals and driving revenue growth with new and existing clients.
• Client management and up-selling for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data analysis to identify growth opportunities and ROI improvement.
